SgurrEnergy has been awarded a partially World Bank funded contract by the China Renewable Energy Scale-up Program (CRESP) to review and improve the wind measurement design reports produced by the Fujian Electric Power Survey & Design Institute (FIRM) for three wind farms. SgurrEnergy’s role in this project is to review the reports and suggest potential improvements to the methods, locations and configurations of the measurement campaigns.
