SgurrEnergy’s commitment to achieving the highest standards was enhanced further in January 2009 with the successful registration of the company to the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety) standard.
We have been working hard over the
past 9 months to further develop and
implement a robust Occupational
Health and Safety Management System
(OHSMS) in order to promote a safe and
healthy working environment by
providing a framework that allows us to
consistently identify and control health
and safety risks, reduce the potential
for accidents, aid legislative compliance
and improve overall performance.
With this latest accreditation, we are
very proud to join a select group within
our industry in achieving triple
certification to all three ISO 9001
(Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental)
and 
now OHSAS 18001 (Health and
Safety) standards, which are
implemented within our Integrated
Management System.
