SgurrEnergy is one of the UK’s leading technical advisory consultancies specialising in renewable energy. Established in 2002, UK operations are based at our headquarters in Glasgow. In 2006 our first international office was opened in Beijing, China to support the rapidly growing Asian renewable energy market. Further international expansion is planned for the near future as part of our growth strategy. Although this is our first overseas office, our team of 50 strong consultants have extensive UK and international experience providing consultancy services across 5 continents in over 20 countries. Our work includes non grid connected power systems specially designed for remote locations with capacities of only a few hundred kilowatts (kW), right up to some of the world’s largest renewable energy developments with capacities of thousands of megawatts (MW). SgurrEnergy personnel have delivered sustainable engineering solutions to utilities, developers, financiers, regional government authorities and the manufacturing industry for over twenty years. Our success to date is based on in-depth technical and engineering knowledge, applied in a practical manner to closely match our clients’ needs.
